Después de 17 horas de viaje, salimos por la puerta del aeropuerto y zasca!!! Un calor y un olor que te tumba que tumba que pen. Tan cansadas y tan exhaustas que en lo único que pensábamos era en buscar el guesthouse y, como vamos de ratas, lo reservamos en Khao San Road que resulta que es el Lloret de Mar de Bangkok. Es la cosa menos auténtica donde podíamos haber acabado. El paraíso de los turistas que quieren fiesta, fiesta y más fiesta. Y bueno, respetamos todo, pero para salir de esta forma, nos quedamos en el barrio. Este no es el sitio de las eternas sonrisas. Están de los extranjeros hasta las pelotas y nos les culpamos.
Para llegar allí, nos quisimos hacer las listas utilizando todos los consejos de amigos y blogueros de viaje que visitaron antes la ciudad para que no nos timaran, pero nos la comimos doblada!!! Un personaje disfrazado de policía cutre (véase uniforme de polo rosa fucsia con las letras de ‘Thai Police’ bordadas con mucho arte y una gorra del FBI) nos hizo pillar un tren, un tuk tuk y un taxi. No sabemos si fue producto del poco oxígeno que regaba nuestro cerebro debido al cansancio y el calor, o algún tipo de brujería ancestral tailandesa, pero acabamos haciendo justo lo que no queríamos.
Pero qué mierda es ésta!! Quiero a mi mama!!! Qué cojones hago aquí!!!
Después de casi llorar, contactamos con un buen amigo que ya lo vivió y nos dio unos sabios consejos:
“Si te agobias , puedes volver cuando quieras. Es tu experiencia de vida y no tienes nada que demostrar, sólo se trata de VIVIR. Disfruta de todas las cosas. Es normal que estés desubicada…joder! Estas en la otra punta del mundo!! El mejor consejo: sal de Bangkok. Piensa, que el 99% de la gente se cambiaría por ti incluso en los peores momentos, así que si quieres hacer algo por mi, sal, tómate una cerveza, cómete un Pad Thai y fúmate un puro de postre”

Valientes!!! Sabio consejo el que os dieron, a disfrutar cada momento y si no gusta… Pa casa! Pero ya veréis que todo es cuestión de adaptación, en un par de días sois las reinas de Thailandia!
